The aim of BD Social Health is to be useful for citizens covering all the needs of elder people offering a quality and human service attended by skilled personnel. We develop links and tools to take care of our users and offer them a complete service for dependent people without leaving their homes and family contact.
The personalized service is the basis of our work and it guarantees the healthcare quality for our users. We study the needs of our patients and it particularly facilitates the development of flexible and individualized pathways and also the recognition of those learning outcomes which are acquired.
We know that as professionals, we have the opportunity to improve the immediate environment of dependent people developing actions that enhance and complement our work. These actions provide resources to care-taker families and the community in general, for better understanding and addressing people dependency.
