We know that the technical and human quality of our team is fundamental to do well our work. It is a labor shared many times with our user’s families and the coordination of all the persons involved in the healthcare, professionals or not.
The families in the widest sense of the word are the priority. We offer them assessment and support because supporting them, training them, advising them and helping them they will be capable of taking a better care of their old dependent.
Our team is composed by professionals engaged with the work and ready to develop its work in an effective, human and respectful way to guarantee the welfare quality.
We develop our work with interdisciplinary teams with a flexible planning and structure that allows an operational effectiveness. Our staff is composed by psychologists, physical therapists, social workers, socio cultural entertainers, doctors, and nurses.
In the field of direct care our staff is composed by geriatric assistants, drivers, cooker, transport assistants and receptionists.
