EQUITY
The equity is one of our guide lines. The natural justice is a basic ingredient of life, especially when we work with fragile or vulnerable groups. In this case, we have the responsibility of spreading and transferring it in all our actions.
Social Justice: it is a key tool to integrate vulnerable populations. Dependent persons should have the opportunity of developing in all spheres of life.
Gender equity: in our organization there are no differences between men and women.
Conciliation: work-life balance to build organizations that respect people and being an integral part of a supportive social network.
Labor stability: one of the most important assets in human resources related to dependant person’s care is to create stable bows of collaboration and assistance, changing as little as possible the caregivers. All of them develop their work in a stable environment.
